Ako razmi\u0161ljate o tome da Srbiju u\u010dinite svojim novim domom, kupnja nekretnine jedan je od najjednostavnijih na\u010dina za osiguravanje boravi\u0161ne dozvole.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Evo svega \u0161to trebate znati o ulasku u zemlju, snala\u017eenju u viznom sustavu i osiguravanju boravi\u0161ne dozvole kupnjom nekretnine.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>1. Kupovina nekretnine u Srbiji<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jedna od najve\u0107ih prednosti ulaganja u Srbiju je ta \u0161to <\/span><b>stranci mogu dobiti privremeni boravak kupnjom nekretnine<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
